How do I exchange an order?

Can I return an order if I’ve changed my mind?

Yes! Shopping online with Wall Street Store is hassle-free and return postage is free (within Australia/New Zealand), if you send your order back within 10 days from the date your parcel was delivered.

 

How do I return my order?

Contact us at admin@wallstreetstore.com.au within 10 days from the date your parcel was delivered and we can arrange the return, and arrange free return postage.

 

How do I cancel an order?

We complete orders as soon as we receive them, so contact us at admin@wallstreetstore.com.au quickly for the easiest cancelling procedure. If the order has been completed and posted, the cancellation will be a return, also arranged via email.

 

When will my order be posted?

All orders placed before 12:30pm Monday-Friday will be sent the same day. So if you place your order after 12.30pm on Friday your parcel will be shipped the following Monday.

As soon as we have completed your order we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email so that you can track your parcel.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll send you a Tracking Confirmation email with your parcel’s consignment number, so you can track your parcel’s progress.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All parcels are shipped from Queensland, Australia and we be sent via Australia Post. Their metropolitan and regional delivery times and procedures vary. Standard Post generally takes between 3-7 working days, and Express Post parcels are 1-2 working days from dispatch. For international orders (Depending where you live), takes between 5-19 days and is sent via Australia Post also.

 

How much is postage?

Postage is free to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand if your order is over $80.00. For orders less than $80.00, there is a $9.95 Standard postage fee and additional $5.00 fee if you choose Express postage. For international orders, the postage fee is $24.95.

 

How do I change my postage address with Wall Street Store?

Contact admin@wallstreetstore.com.au to change your postage address, so your deliveries arrive at the correct address every time.

 

What currency are your prices in?

Australian Dollars.

 

Will tax be added to my order?

All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), so you will not pay more than the advertised price.

 

Is your website secure?

Yes. When ordering with Wall Street Store, your financial information passes through to a secure server using the latest SSL encryption technology.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard transactions are processed through PayPal. We also accept payments via PayPal accounts. Please note, orders paid with PayPal cheques can take up to 5 business days to complete.

 

How safe is my personal information?
